Fees vary with the weight, size and distance. We are going to contract with
other delivery companies to reduce the shipping cost for our clients. You
may use a Courier
Post Ticket Calculator to get the shipping cost directly from Courier
Post. There are some examples of delivery costs we have encountered.
(1) 5 Brackets to west Auckland with overnight Courier: $7.55
(2) One Digital Video Recorder with overnight Courier to a town close to
Wellington: $12.55
(3) One DVR card to south Island with overngiht Courier: $5.55.
Returns of Products Policy
At DIGIDOG, we strive in every way to meet our 100% satisfaction
guarantee.
The Customer may only return Products to DIGIDOG, and receive a credit
or refund, on the following conditions:
(1) The Customer must return Products to DIGIDOG in their original
condition and in their original packaging within 10 days of the delivery
date stated on the delivery documentation, and must specify the relevant
invoice number.
(2) The Customer must contact DIGIDOG to obtain a returns number.
(3) Where specific instructions appear in the Catalogue in respect of
the return of any Product, the Customer must follow those instructions.
(4) All items affixed or incorporated into the Product by the Customer
must be removed from the Product prior to its return to DIGIDOG.
(5) All Products are returned to DIGIDOG at the Customer's risk, and DIGIDOG
accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to them or any items
received by DIGIDOG with them.
(6) Products must be adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid,
clearly labeled, to P.O.Box 99-535 Newmarket Auckland 1149.
Products accepted for return will be credited
at invoice value minus all shipping charges. DIGIDOG, however, reserves
the right to apply a handling charge of 20% of invoice value.
This returns policy does not apply to and
DIGIDOG is not obliged to accept the return of any videotapes, books,
software, Products bought under Scheduled Orders (see paragraph 2 of
Order Cancellations), or non-Catalogue Products. DIGIDOG may accept
the return of test equipment in its sole discretion.
Steps of Returns
To send an item back, simply follow these steps:
(1) Please contact us at 09 5295330 or email us at return@digidog.co.nz
to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns Will
Not BE Accepted Without an RMANumber.
(2) Write the RMA number on the outside of your package and follow
your shippers packaging instructions. Item must be returned in its
original condition as it was received, including all packaging, boxes,
and manuals. Items must be packaged in a shipping box - Do not ship items
in the factory packaging only.
(3) Mail your returned item back to the following addresss:
P.O.Box 99-535 Newmarket Auckland 1149.
We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items.
We recommend using Courier Post or some other form of insured mail for
returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back
to our warehouse.
Items that are longer than 10 days will be taken back on an individual
basis only. A 20% Restocking Fee may apply. Please contact
us to see if you are eligible for a refund.
Warranty Returns
Warranty Returns All returns for warranty of items that are defective
will be replaced or repaired at our discretion if: They are returned within
the manufacturer's warranty period. If the product is not part of our
current product line, the owner of the product will need to return the
item to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement. All
manufacturer's warranty terms and restrictions apply. Please return all
items in the original packaging if possible.
** Please note: ALL returns must receive an RMA (return merchandise
authorization) number in order for the return to be processed. Please
write your RMA number on the outside of your package. If an RMA number
is not listed on the outside of your return, it will be refused by our
